There were a few people looking at the crop circles the day we were there, maybe 15 or so in the half hour we were there, not counting the people that were involved in the crash. Of course there had been several hundred if not a couple of thousand people stopping by in the 2 weeks the circles had been publicized. A few pictures of the variety of visitors are below. Also, as a side note, the background picture to all of these pages is an aerial photo of the crop circle we visited. The amount of wheat destroyed by the circle makers added up to about $500, but the farmer has seen an increase in sales at the fruit stand he has nearby and he has sold a lot of crop circle t-shirts, so the farmer is not out any money and has taken the whole thing with a grain of salt, or stalk of wheat.. |
